120 North LaSalle provides convenient on-site parking facilities with outstanding customer service. The valet-assist public parking facility accommodates 364 automobiles. Two dedicated lobby-level and concourse-level elevators serve the parking garage allowing for weatherproof access to the building, LaSalle Street and the Pedway.

Located on the 11th floor, our tenant only conference center offers capacity for 40 people. Complete with Wi-Fi and projection capabilities, the large capacity room offers tenants a professional and convenient option for hosting their staff and guests. 

120 North LaSalle provides tenants a Concierge service exclusive to the building. The 120 North LaSalle Concierge provides personal friendly service to everyone in the building, obtaining reservations at the latest restaurant, tickets to concert or sporting events, flowers sent to someone special, event planning, travel and transportation. There is no job too big or small for the Concierge.

In addition to excellent proximity to Divvy stations, the building provides on-site bike storage for those that prefer to ride their own equipment to and from the office.
